At our “Terrace in the Sky” 4 floors above the sea, guests will find the main swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Restaurant Alejandro’s. With a spectacular view of the Bay of Banderas it’s a great spot to watch a Pacific sunset.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00 a. m. buffet style with the availability of juices and fresh cut fruit. A choice of 10 ingredients allows you to have omelets and eggs cooked in your style along with hot cakes and waffles. A range of yogurts, cereals, milk along with choices of some great Mexican breakfast staples such as chilaquiles and guisado, have you prepared for the day.

From 1:00 to 4:00 p. m. Alejandro’s will have lunch available from the menu. Along with the open bar and range of soft drinks you will find seafood, a range of meat dishes, chicken and Mexican plates all prepared with authentic homemade flavor. Finish a leisurely lunch with an assortment of desserts and coffee all the while being pleasantly attended by our great staff.

For dinner, buffets are offered 3 days a week. On Mondays there is Country Buffet featuring such items as barbeque and roast beef. Wednesdays there is Noche Mexicana with such great tastes such as chipotle meatballs, achiote chicken, tamales and more (from November through March there will also be a Fiesta with dancers, Mariachis and more). On alternate Fridays there is a Seafood or Italian buffet. For the rest of the week make your choices from our dinner menu always with soup and a salad bar, choice of at least 5 entrées, along with our homemade desserts.

To maintain the great homemade flavor, we make our own breads, pastas, sweet rolls, flanes, and other delicious deserts – even our ice cream.

Once settled on the beach – you are set – our attentive staff will make sure you enjoy your snacks and preferred beverages with service right to your beach chair.
